Chocolate Bar Making & Tea Pairing

In this hands-on workshop with Krause's Homemade Candy, each participant will learn to make their own custom milk chocolate bar. With an assortment of toppings and “inclusions” to mix and match, the creative possibilities are endless! Our friends from Krause's Homemade Candy will also teach about chocolate "tempering" and why it is necessary in order to achieve a shiny finish and snappy texture.

Both chocolate and tea offer a wide range of flavors that can enhance each other, making for a delightful pairing experience! A list of teas for pairing with milk chocolate will be provided at the event.

Each ticket includes a $20 credit to use towards food/drinks that night in addition to making their very own chocolate bar. Participants can choose to enjoy their signature treat that night or take it home. Participants will also take home a molded chocolate teacup!

Please be aware that this event will include chocolate bar making with various inclusions, including nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, and peanuts). We cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.
